How to find a participating MetLife Dental provider:

  1. Click here for the provider search.
  2. Choose “Find a Dentist”
  3. Next to  Choose your Network choose PPD Plus.
  4. Enter your Zip Code and click “Find a Dentist”.

Pro Tip:  The PPD network allows you to use any dentist you wish, but you will receive the greatest benefit by using a dentist who participates in the PPO network.

How to a participating MetLife Vision provider: 

  1. Click here for the provider search.
  2. Select “Davis Vision” by MetLife.
  3. Enter your location information and click “Search Now”.
